Ordering Receipt Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email receipt detailing your transaction.
Cancel or Change Order We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees.

Sales Tax We only charge sales tax if your order is being shipped to Colorado or California. For all other states, sales tax is not charged.

Orders Never Received If you don't receive your order within a reasonable period of time, please call Customer Service and we will track your order down and provide you with full details as to why you have not received your order.
